TL;DR: A primary-data B2B outbound benchmark: 214 campaigns, ~250,000 prospects. Targeting and timing drove a 100x spread in meetings per prospect. Copy barely moved it.

We've run outbound under the Leadpack name since 2022 — over a million prospects contacted, 2,000+ campaigns written, close to 3,000 leads delivered to clients. That's enough reps to watch outbound get harder every single year: tighter spam filters at Google and Outlook, new tooling, higher expectations from prospects who've seen every trick already.

In 2025 we split the work. Revpack took over the signal and automation side — building tighter, better-qualified lists and speeding up the parts that used to be manual. Leadpack still runs outbound as a service, just built on that same principle now: fewer, better-fit contacts instead of more contacts.

Our own take, after all those campaigns, matches what the data below shows: the game hasn't changed as much as people think. Quality still beats volume. If 10-20% of your list is the wrong fit, it doesn't just sit there quietly — those contacts don't reply, they flag you as spam, and that drags down deliverability for everyone else on the list too. Get the targeting right, though, and even the people who say no rarely go further than "not the right time for us." They don't unsubscribe and block you. That's the real tell that a list is working.
