How to sell sell a SaaS platform?

Introist is a SaaS platform that helps HR teams save time and improve their employee experience by automating simple, but crucial tasks. When we reached out to Introist, they had clients mainly in Finland and were able to generate sales mainly via referrals and a founders' network. They had a great product-market fit but no regular source of sales leads.

Overview

We created dedicated subdomains and mailboxes to start the campaigns. We targeted People Ops and HR decision-makers at companies between 100 and 500 employees. Finding the right messaging was a bit difficult at first, but after a few A/B tests and learnings from the replies we got, we were eventually able to craft a masterpiece. The campaign achieved over 7% warm reply rate (absolutely above the market average!)

Execution and results

The right messaging wasn’t the only factor. After analyzing the replies and market situation, we managed to identify a sweet spot within the ICP  - that led to scheduling more calls with higher buying intent.

The right person at the right company targeted with the right messaging - this approach brought over 20 sales calls for them in January 2023 (and over 50 sales calls in the last 6 months).
