Simeon, the founder of Fudge, had a clear goal: get 10 monthly sales calls. We managed to get there thanks to appropriate segmentation and personalization both in the case of eCommerce companies and agencies. In the latter example, we achieved 8% conversion on accounts we contacted.
During the first 5 months of cooperation, we scheduled over 70 qualified sales calls from several segments. We managed to create a sustainable pipeline of 10+ calls each month, which includes regular demos with all sub-groups of the client’s target audience. The result of our cooperation accounts for a few partnerships started and 10+ clients signed.
We worked closely on the strategy and messaging. Fudge team provided us with detailed reports on target companies' website performance; we leveraged them to personalize the outreach with precise data points and increase overall results. Overall, we tested ~15 messaging variants and built a database of 3,500 manually qualified businesses. It helped Fudge with lead generation and properly positioned the company and its value proposition in its target market.
